Dental Front Office Scheduler 

Our dental front office scheduler & treatment coordinators works at the front  dental office with the responsibility to attend to the needs of patients who come to the clinic before they are allowed to see the doctor.

He/she collects information from patient and enters the data into the computer systems like Eaglesoft, Softdent, Open Dental, Dentasoft and Dentrix and makes them available to the doctor as they carry out appropriate examination and diagnosis of patients’ health condition.

The dental treatment coordinator collect patient treatment plan information & enlightens patients on stated conditions relating to their treatment for better case acceptance as well as processes documents for insurance claims.
